Terms
While active, this license gives you the right to use any of our plan sets to build one or more ADU projects. You may offer the designs to your clients and make modifications as needed to meet their needs and address local building codes and regulations. There is no limit on the number of plans or the number of projects you may build as long as your monthly subscription is active. Once payments are ended and the subscription is deemed cancelled, you relinquish your license and must end the use of our plans, drawings, and designs immediately. We retain the copyright to all design work, drawings, and other materials and you may no longer use, copy, or market our designs once you end the subscription.
How Does it Work
Simply purchase the license and pay by credit card. Our system will automatically charge you the set price on a recurring monthly basis. As long as the payments are active you can reach out and request the plan sets you would like to use. You can request as many plans as you like including multiple designs and you have the right to build multiple copies of the same design. With an active subscription you can offer our designs to your customers free of charge, resell the designs to your clients, or build the cost of the subscription into your project bid.
The initial payment will conveniently be made right here on our squarespace site - just click the “purchase” button above. We will then follow up with an invoice for continuing the subscription payments on a monthly basis.
Changes or Design Revisions
We will also be available to make revisions or edits to the plan sets if requested. In this case there would be an additional cost for the work needed to make the design revisions. We will discuss the requested changes with you and your client and put together a fixed price proposal for the additional work. All custom work completed through the agreement for additional services will abide by the same overall terms of the subscription license.
